Hello or Goodbye?

GRD II, f4, 1/540, ISO 100, RAW

One of the most interesting things about street photography is that some shots allow you to make up the story when looking at the picture. In this case if they said hello or goodbye to each other or neither. It is not clear and I did not stick around to find out. At the same time I wonder what the guy in the background did with pointing at his belt. Some things like that I only fully see when post processing and looking closer at the picture.

  3. Thanks a lot for your comment Mike. Glad to hear you are following and enjoyíng the blog and pictures.
You are both right that this picture can be both romantic or funny depending on where you look. I debated to crop it and have 2 pictures instead but this just works better and rewards people for looking closer. It is also rare that you happen to take a shot with two different themes inside, a reason why I don't like shallow DOF in my pictures, unless it's a macro.

  4. You are right Yesbuts, London is a great place to walk around with a camera. Especially if you have an encounter with some PCSO's about how you are not allowed to take pictures of people in public places ;).
